We are a growing cabinet manufacturing company looking for a strong, hands-on Shop Manager to lead our production team and keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements (must have):

- Proven management experience in a shop or manufacturing environment  
- Ability to lead a team, enforce standards, and keep production on schedule  
- Positive attitude — no negativity, no excuses  
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure  
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable  
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED  


Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily shop operations and workflow  
- Manage and coordinate employees on the floor  
- Ensure quality control and deadlines are consistently met  
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and productive shop  
- Communicate clearly with office and ownership
