We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Shop Manager to oversee our daily production operations in a growing cabinetry manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily shop production
- Coordinate workflow and ensure production schedules are met
- Lead and support production employees
- Maintain quality standards and a safe work environment
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Receive and unload deliveries
- Move materials throughout the facility when required
- Assist in solving day-to-day production issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing a production or manufacturing team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Forklift experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
- Cabinetry manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
